Two ways to delete your account

With installed mobile app

The fastest and easiest way to delete your account is by using our mobile app. Just follow these steps:

  1. Open the management of the identities
  2. Select the identity you want to delete
  3. Choose the trash bin icon on the right side
  4. Select "Delete my account" in the following screen
  5. Confirm your selection
  6. You account and all data is deleted
